Update your personal information

The personal information that you supply when you create your e-mail account includes your display name, address, time zone, age, gender, and occupation. To update your personal information:
  1. Sign in to the Windows Live Hotmail website with your Windows Live ID.
  2. In the upper-right corner of the page, click Options, and then click More options.
  3. Under Manage your account, click View and edit your personal information.
  4. On the Account summary page, click Registered information.
  5. Make your changes, and then click Save.
