Click Tiles view or List view.

Tiles view displays information about each contact individually in a tile, and list view displays all your contacts in a list with adjustable columns. Tiles view always includes the contact preview pane, but in list view the contact preview pane can be turned on or off.

• To change the information that is displayed in the column, select another column title from the list, such as Nickname or Company.
• To remove the column from the list view, click Remove column.
• To add a new column, point to Add column, and then click the column title that you want to add.
• To resize all of the visible columns to fit the available space, click Size all columns to fit.

• To add a button to the toolbar, under Available buttons, select a button, and then click the right arrow button .
• To remove a button from the toolbar, under Current buttons, select a button, and then click the left arrow button .
• To change a button's position on the toolbar, under Current buttons, select a button, and then click the up arrow button or the down arrow button until the button is in the position that you want.

Click Show names as first last.
