If you're signed in to Windows Live Mail with a Windows Live ID (The user name and password that you use to sign in to any Windows Live, MSN, or Office Live sites and services. If you have a Passport Network, Hotmail, or Messenger account, you can use it as your Windows Live ID.) , or if you have Windows Live Writer installed on your computer, you can post e-mail messages that you've sent or received, RSS (Really Simple Syndication. A type of web feed designed for the easy sharing of headlines, blog posts, and other web content.) articles, or newsgroup (An online bulletin board where messages are posted for public consumption and response.) postings directly to your online blog (Short for weblog. An online journal or newsletter that is frequently updated and intended for general public consumption. Blogs generally represent the personality of the author or the website.) on Windows Live Spaces.
In Windows XP, click Start, and then click Programs.

In Windows Vista, click the Start button, and then click All Programs.
Click Windows Live, and then click Windows Live Mail.
Sign in to Windows Live Mail with your Windows Live ID, if you haven't already done so. For more information, see Sign in to and out of Windows Live Mail. If you have Writer installed on your computer, you don't have to sign in.
In the lower-left corner of the window, click the Mail icon , the Newsgroups icon , or the Feeds icon .
In the folder pane (The left pane in the Windows Live Mail window, containing the folder structure for all the e-mail accounts, newsgroup accounts, or RSS feeds that you've added. The folder pane also shows your Outbox and any offline storage folders on your computer's hard disk.) , click the folder that contains the message.
In the message list, select the message.
On the Actions menu, click Blog.
If you can't see the menu bar, in the upper right corner of the screen, click the Show menu button , and then click Show all menus.
Your space opens in a browser window, with the message displayed as a blog entry. If you don't have a space, Spaces prompts you to create one.
If you have Writer installed on your computer, Writer opens with the message displayed as a blog entry. You can edit the blog entry before posting it to your blog.
Notes
If you don't have Writer installed on your computer, and you click Blog when you aren't signed in to Windows Live Mail, you're prompted to sign in.
To add an e-mail message to your blog before you send it, in the compose window, click the Blog button .
