Cancel your participation in the Customer Experience Improvement Program

The Customer Experience Improvement Program is designed to improve the quality, reliability, and performance of Windows Live Messenger. To find out more about this program, go to the Customer Experience Improvement Program website.

To cancel your participation in the Customer Experience Improvement Program:
  1. Select Tools, and then click Options.
  2. In the left pane, click General.
  3. Clear the Allow Microsoft to collect anonymous information about how I use Windows Live Messenger check box.
  4. Click OK.
