Flickr is an online photo management and sharing website provided by Yahoo!. You can use Windows Live Photo Gallery to publish your photos in photo sets on your Flickr account. When you publish photos online, be aware that anyone on the Internet can potentially see and download them. For more information, see Be smart about your photos.
The Flickr website opens in your Internet browser.
On the Flickr website, sign in with your Yahoo! credentials, and then follow the on-screen instructions to authorize Photo Gallery to upload photos to your Flickr account.
In Photo Gallery, in the Publish on Flickr window, click Next.
In the Publish on Flickr window, select the following settings:
On the Flickr account list, select the Flickr account that you want to use.
To authorize another Flickr account, click Add account, and then follow the instructions above.
On the Photo sets list, select whether to add the photos to an existing photo set, to create a new photo set, or not to add the photos to a photo set.
On the Photo size list, select how large you want the published photos to appear.
On the Permissions list, select who you want to be able to view the published photos on Flickr.
Click Publish.
To view your photos on Flickr after they're uploaded, or to add a title, description, and tags (Textual data attached to a photo to refine its definition and meaning, and to make it findable. You can sort your photos according to what tags they have, making them easier to find.) to your photos, click View photos.
