With Microsoft adCenter, you have two ways to display your ads to potential customers who use the Internet: Search Ads (Ads that are displayed on a Live Search results page in response to a user’s search query.) and Content Ads (Beta) (Ads that are displayed on Microsoft-owned websites, such as MSN Tech & Gadgets, Money, Real Estate, and Windows Marketplace, as well as participating partner websites.) . For more information, see About the differences between Search Ads and Content Ads. If you prefer to run your ads on Live Search results pages only, you can turn off Content Ads (Beta).
On the Select a campaign page, select the campaign that contains the ad group that you want to work with.
On the Select an ad group page, select the ad group that you want to run on Live Search results pages only.
On the Manage selected ad group page, click Edit ad group settings.
Under Select where your ads are distributed, clear the Content network check box.
Click Save.
Notes
To ensure that your ads are displayed, select at least one network.
If you do not see the Content network check box, it's most likely because you've selected a market and language other than English - U.S. Currently, Content Ads (Beta) is only available in the United States.
