On the view control, click the zoom in button . To zoom in one level, click once. To zoom in multiple levels, click and hold.
Press the PLUS SIGN (+).
Rotate the mouse wheel button away from you.
Double-click anywhere on the map. This also centers the map on the area where you clicked.
Right-click the map surface, and then select Zoom to region level, Zoom to city level, or Zoom to street level.
Whichever level you're zoomed to is not available as an option. For example, if you are zoomed to region level, the Zoom to region level option is not available.
Hold down the mouse wheel button, and then drag a box on the 2D map.
Hold down ALT, and then drag a box on the 2D map with the left mouse button.

To center the map on an item, click the item in the collections (A group of map pushpins, items, or search results that you create and save online.) editor or search results list.
You can also zoom in and out on the map by pointing to a pushpin (A marker containing information such as notes and links, which you can place at a specific point on a map.) , and then clicking street, city, or region.
If you're viewing a map in bird's eye view and you navigate to a location where bird's eye view isn't available, the map changes to the previously used map view. We're constantly working to update our maps. Check back often to see if the location that you're looking for offers bird's eye view.
