Make sure that you've signed in (To sign in with your Windows Live ID, click Sign in in the upper-right corner.) to Windows Live Spaces.
In the Windows Media Player module on your space, click Edit.
Click in the Web address of video or audio clip box, and then type or paste the web address (Also called a URL. The location of a page on the World Wide Web.) of the clip that you want to play. See the instructions at the host web site for information about how to determine web addresses for your clips.
To automatically play the clip when someone visits your space, click Automatically start playing the video or audio clip when people visit my space.
Click Save.
